Case Study - King Street, Salford
Introduction
King Street is a full turnkey fit-out of an existing three-storey structural shell, delivering circa 2,700 sq ft of contemporary office space in the heart of central Manchester.
Appointed by Manchester Commercial Ltd as main contractor, Clear Developments are taking full ownership of the project from initial pre-construction through to handover - transforming a vacant shell into a fully operational commercial workspace.
Delivery
Central Manchester brings its own set of logistical challenges. With no external space for a site compound or materials storage, and a city centre location, the project required careful coordination & logistics management from day one.
We planned the logistics in detail before going on site - scheduling deliveries to avoid disruption, managing the sequencing of trades within a constrained footprint, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment throughout. The result is a project due to be delivered on programme, without compromising on quality of finish.
For our client, that meant no delays, no surprises, and an investment ready to generate returns on time.
