Project Description

This bespoke new-build home was delivered by Clear Developments as a carefully detailed dwelling, combining contemporary interiors with a restrained, craft-led material palette. The architecture is expressed through simple, robust forms and natural finishes, with oak joinery and clean white walls creating a calm, cohesive interior, punctuated with unique feature elements.

Internally, the layout is arranged around a generous open-plan kitchen and living space, anchored by a bespoke pastel pink kitchen with quartz worktops and patterned tiled splashback, alongside a wood-burning stove set on a decorative tiled hearth. A bespoke oak staircase and flooring contribute to a considered, uncluttered flow throughout the home. Throughout the project, Clear Developments focused on precision detailing of the bespoke finishes, delivering a home that feels refined and full of character.
