Case Study - Wellbank Park

Introduction

Wellbank Park is a unique brownfield development within the Lake District National Park, comprising 45 self and custom build homes, 19 holiday lets, and a communal amenities facility.

No two plots were the same, with a bespoke design and specification for every individual plot, a strict site-wide design code to adhere to, mixed build methods across timber frame and traditional block and brick construction, and an exceptionally high sustainability standard including solar panels and air source heat pumps throughout.

Add to that an extensive SUDs drainage scheme, the logistical challenge of supply chain management in a remote location and a different client to manage on every single plot, Wellbank Park is a project that demanded the very best of our team at every stage.
